EVENT ORGANISER

E3 is a dynamic and highly creative agency specialising in designing, producing and delivering spectacular and bespoke events in the UK and abroad. You may well be familiar with our biggest events. We organise The Grand Brighton Half Marathon, as well as the Halloween Fun Run. One of our largest events is the annual family panto that comes to Brighton each year. We will be following 2018’s five-star rated Jack and the Beanstalk by taking you to Neverland with J M Barrie’s magical production of Peter Pan.

All of our events are driven by innovation and imagination, whether it is wowing our guests at a spectacular family show, raising vital funds for charity, or dealing with the logistics of organising 13,000 runners. For more information please visit our website:

CHARITY PARTNER

Based in Sussex, Chailey Heritage Foundation provides education and care services to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs. It is one of the UK’s leading centres for children and young people with complex neurodisabilities.

Most of the young people have severe cerebral palsy, many have visual impairment and dual sensory impairments.  All the young people are wheelchair users and very few have verbal communication.

Our expertise is in maximising independence and choice, developing effective communication and providing powered mobility opportunities.

We believe that each child and young person should have every opportunity to fulfil their potential, no matter what the challenges. We rely on voluntary donations to help us fund specialist equipment, facilities  and vital opportunities – from accessible minibuses to enable the young people in our care to enjoy days out to therapeutic horse riding which give young people the chance to build their core strength.

We are absolutely delighted to be the Charity Partner for Sussex Gin Fest. Every penny raised from the event will go directly towards helping the children and young people in our care fulfill their potential.
